Where Do You Source Your Diamonds From?

We source our diamonds from all around the world strictly working with manufacturers and diamond polishers whom comply with the United Nations Kimberly Process to ensure all stones are conflict free. Every diamond is hand selected by our experts to ensure the highest quality diamonds are chosen.

What Are Diamond Certificates?

Diamond certificates are used to verify the traits of a diamond or gemstone. We use the most widely recognised institutes to grade our diamonds, predominantly GIA (Gemological Institute of America)

What Are The Four C’s?

Created by GIA the four C’s is a globally recognised standard for describing diamonds C-Colour, C-Clarity, C-Cut and C-Carat weight. Each C is a description of the various characteristics of a diamond.

Do You Sell Any Conflict Diamonds?

At London Facets we source our diamonds from respectable and reputable diamond suppliers from around the world who can guarantee their diamonds have been sourced ethically and free from conflict.

Are Your Products Hallmarked?

Yes, All of our products are hallmarked in the UK.

I Have Seen a Ring On Your Website But I Would Like To Make An Alteration. Is This A Service You Offer?

Yes at London Facets we have the facilities to make alterations to any jewellery piece you desire. Possible alterations range from changing the colour of the stones, Metal type, Claw Styling and more.

Do You Offer Additional Services Such As Polishing & Finishing, Cleaning, Repair & Rhodium Plating?

Yes we are able to offer a wide variety of additional services at competitive prices. Please contact us for detailed information on all the services we provide.

Can I Add Engraving To My Jewellery?

Yes you can add up to 10 characters for free. Simply type your engraving request in the additional information section at check out. If you have already placed your order and would like to add engraving, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will be more than happy to help.

When Will I Receive Confirmation Of My Order?

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed on our website. A following email will be sent upon dispatch, and you will be kept updated with the progress throughout the delivery process.

How Do You Manage Stock?

We maintain stock of most of our popular items for quick dispatch and delivery within 5-7 working days. If you would like to know the specific lead time on a product please fell free to contact us.

What Courier Do You Use?

We Use Royal Mail as our primary Courier. We believe they offer the best customer service with accurate delivery times and ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.

How Quickly Are Your Items Dispatched?

We make every effort to dispatch your item as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving your order, non-stock items and custom bespoke pieces may take between 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. If you are in urgent need of an item please contact us.

Is It Safe To Ship Jewellery?

We use highly reputable couriers to dispatch our goods such as DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx to heavily reduce the chances of anything happening to your items.

My Ring Has Arrived & Doesn’t Fit. What Can I do?

Not to worry, if your ring doesn’t fit simply send it back to us and we will happily resize the ring at no extra cost. We can only offer this complimentary service once for free. a small fee will be charged for additional resizing requests. please allow a turn around time of 5 working days for resizing to be completed and dispatched. Please contact us before sending your item back.

Do Your Products Come With Warranty?

Yes, We offer 5 Year warranty on all products from the date your product arrives. If any defects become apparent within the warranty period we will either fix the item or replace it free of charge.

How Do I Return An Item?

What Is Your Turn Around Time On Refunds?

Once we have received and inspected the item we will endeavour to have your money refunded within 3 working days.
